Paul has over 20 years experience
in Occupational Health. His initial training was undertaken
in the telecommunications industry. This has provided
him with the management skills necessary to deliver
high
quality, cost effective and timely services. Clinically,
Paul has a particular interest in musculoskeletal disorders,
ergonomics, the management of upper limb disorders
and absence control.

Dr Allison Eke initially trained in Aviation Medicine in the Army, working full
time in Occupational Medicine since 1985. She has been a Consultant Occupational Health Physician since
1996, and has worked with a wide range of customers including local government, education and health care,
pharmaceutical, glassmaking, transport, printing and media, textiles and food industries. Particular areas
of expertise are in handling sickness absence and the rehabilitation process, aiding progressive case
management, and disability discrimination advice.
