Absence Line was launched in Spring 2002. It is an innovative service that has been developed by IMASS Technologies to allow organisations to significantly reduce the cost of absence by effectively outsourcing the majority of their absence management functions.

At the heart of the system is an absence call centre, staffed by trained operators, into which your employees report their absence. Line Managers, and if appropriate HR and Occupational Health, are informed either electronically or by telephone of the absence, and are also forwarded relevant documentation such as self certification forms and return to work interview proformas.

Job Screen is a new and innovative health screening service developed by IMASS Technologies. Initially designed to offer a secure, low cost and efficient alternative to paper based pre-employment questionnaires, Job Screen has now been expanded to offer further services such as DSE Self Assessment and Night Worker Fitness questionnaires. The service is available via any Internet enabled PC and offers companies the ability to dramatically transform their employment process. All communication elements contained within the system are encrypted to ensure you always have full confidence that your information is secure. Using the system could not be simpler. Applicants access through their usual Internet browser. They then answer a series of medical questions entering further information as and when required. The completed questionnaire is then reviewed by a medical adviser and any relevant follow up actions taken.
